B ased on the innovative collaborative family law program originated by Stu Webb, an attorney in Minnesota, it is now possible for Pennsylvania families to divorce in a reasonable, non-litigious program that supports the changing family and significantly reduces the cost of divorce. T he collaborative process assists parents in making family-centered decisions. The Collaborative Family Divorce Team provides comprehensive training and coaching about co-parenting during and after divorce, financial counseling and supportive counseling for children. |
